[Drunken Prawns 醉虾]
This dish was one of the most frequently ordered dishes at a restaurant I used to work for. Over there, live prawns were used and doused with alcohol before being cooked. We couldn't get hold of live prawns but we adopted the same idea to make this dish. While I'm sure drunken live prawns would taste much better, Roland's method is easier for any home cooks to replicate at home.
